Duke had the honor and privilege of learning first-hand every step of the real estate process including navigating contracts, understanding the loan process and all other intricacies involved in getting a property closed as he served as Senior Escrow Officer at several of the top Title Company firms in Dallas which has prepared him in. offering superior services rarely found in this market. In that duration, Duke has been an integral part in closing more than $2 billion in real estate transactions featuring the Sherman Panda Power Plant and Temple Panda Power Plant along with other major new construction developments working with some of the best in the business including the Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, and JLB Partners Residential, a national developer and builder across the United States.
